We are located in one of the the well-known manufacturing hubs of hardware and plastic ware in China, the Yangjiang city from Pan-Pearl River Delta Area of Guangdong Province, where more than 90% of metal and plastic beauty tools are PRODUCED here. Choosing the Right Factory.
Manufacturers we are working with are the carefully audited ones,in fact,each if them has to go through our streamlined audit processes and then documented in our system, and what is more they will be inspected periodically as a routine. By knowing the ins and outs, the strengths and weakness of our partnered factories, we manage effectively to choose the most suitable ones to proceed the projects for our customers.
Prototyping and molding
Our dedicated cross-function team consisting of sales representative,engineer, merchandiser will work together seamlessly to convert the vision into designs, and designs into the products. Using our PLM(product life management) system and by the professional mastery of CAD/CAM technology, you will enjoy the error-free experience that we create for you.
Manufacturing Control and Quality Assurance
In order to secure the compliance with the required product specification,quality and shipment time, we believe a well designed,effective and thorough control is necessary. Before production, for any supplier who is deemed to be weak in IQC(incoming material control), we will be there to strengthen the job.During mass production, our inspection team will be sent to perform the systematic spot check on products from functions,performance,workmanship to packaging. In some cases to minimize the risk,we will do 20% inspect, frequent but random spot check and 90% inspect for our customers,the production has to reach AQL as required otherwise it will be rejected and reworked. Also, our shipment coordinator follows up with factories closely to ensure on-time delivery.

Customers are our greatest asset and in fact more than 80% of our turnover comes from repeat businesses. Shipment delivery is not the end of the service, if any claims happened, we will soon file the case and activate resolution mechanism to ensure satisfactory outcomes for our customers.
