Q:Are you factory or trading company? 

A:We are manufacturing and trading company. We have our own facilities and also work with our reliable partnered factories to complete the productions. We are not just a supplier sharing with our valued clients the vast standard product line-ups, also we are experienced innovators, creating value-added product and service solutions. From research and development to production and shipment, Hantec can help.

Q: How do you control the quality? 

A:Before production we implement strict IQC inspections to ensure the quality and qty. of incoming materials or components. During production, we apply inspections for each key manufacturing processes. After production, we will apply random check based on AQL standards, if the samples failed to pass the standards, the whole order will be reworked until meeting quality standards.

Q: Do you provide after-sales?

A: Customers are our greatest asset and in fact more than 80% of our turnover comes from repeat businesses. Shipment delivery is not the end of the service, if any claims happened, we will soon file the case and activate resolution mechanism to ensure satisfactory outcomes for our customers.

Q:Why some of your products are cheaper than others when the quality is the same? 

A: Most of the cases we manufacture the products by ourselves, and what is more, we know very well the ins and outs of the supply end of the industries.
